Building spiritual community in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas

The South Central Regional Training Institute serves the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. As part of a global network of some 300 training institutes worldwide the South Central Regional Training Institute, through its programs and activities, provides the people of the region with a potent means to contribute to the betterment of their society.

The training institute strives to create spaces that are open to all people of every age, race, and religion. To build a better world requires an ever-growing pool of people capable of contributing to the accomplishment of the myriad tasks at hand. As collaborators in the training institute children, junior youth, youth, and adults engage in an on-going conversation about the advancement of civilization through the application of Bahá’í principles, such as peace, justice, and the unity of humankind, which constitutes the basis of the materials studied.
